Good morning! Yesterday, I visited Kyber Network, a leading blockchain company located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a meeting regarding a collaboration with xWIN. There are many exciting possibilities ahead.

Kyber Network operates a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform and also engages in venture capital activities to expand the Kyber ecosystem. The organization has approximately 250 employees.

1. Swapping Protocol:
Kyber Network provides the KyberSwap protocol for cryptocurrency and token swaps. It offers DEX functionality, allowing users to instantly exchange tokens through KyberSwap. One notable feature is its strong presence on Arbitrum, where xWIN started.

2. Liquidity Provision:
Kyber Network allows liquidity providers to supply tokens or token pairs to Kyber Swap pools and earn transaction fees as revenue. Compared to other DEXs, Kyber Network offers significantly higher rewards for Liquidity Pool providers.

3. Kyber Network Crystal (KNC):
KNC is the utility token of Kyber Network, used for platform operations and governance. KNC token holders have the right to participate in platform decision-making and contribute to its development.

4. Collaboration with Other Projects:
Kyber Network actively collaborates with other projects, making it easy for them to integrate into its ecosystem. They have dedicated personnel who facilitate smooth interactions. Jade, the Vietnamese representative, was particularly impressive.

Kyber Network holds a crucial position within the DeFi ecosystem, facilitating token swaps and providing liquidity.

This visit provided insights into the company’s organizational culture, and I had the chance to interact with their dedicated staff. It’s indeed an impressive organization.
