In this issue, I would like to introduce “How to use Robo Advisor”.

How to use Robo Advisor

Open xwin.finance and click on “Robo Advisor”.

Fill in the four required fields for creating a Robo Advisor portfolio.
In the “Allocation Approach” section, you can choose between Weighted Average SR(*1) and Mean-Variance Optimization(*2). In this case, we choose Weighted Average SR.

(*1) Weighted Average SR (Weighted Average): This is a weighted average approach to the Sharpe Ratio for risk assets after the staking weights of the stabled coins have been determined. The higher the Sharpe Ratio, the larger the asset allocation within the portfolio. Compared to Mean-Variance, Weighted Average SR tends to have lower volatility because it tends to allocate more to USDT staking despite the higher risk parameters.

(*2) Mean-Variance Optimization: is the process of using mean-variance analysis to compare risk, expressed as variance, to expected returns.
When considering how much risk to accept in exchange for various levels of return, mean-variance analysis can be used to find the maximum reward at a particular risk level or the minimum risk at a particular return level.

Enter the maximum number of tokens that the Robo Advisor will offer in the “Max Assets” field.

Under “Risk Tolerance,” enter A low tolerance tends to result in stablecoins and a high tolerance tends to result in altcoins.

Enter your age in the “Age” field.

After entering the four required fields, click “RUN”.

The Robo Advisor’s suggestions will appear in the upper right corner. Click “BUILD” if you are satisfied with the proposal.
